Colchester United's sports scientist and fitness coach Donough Holohan has joined Premier League club West Ham United.

The Irishman, who arrived at Colchester two years ago following Geraint Williams' appointment as manager, has accepted an offer to join the Hammers next season as their strength coach.

Holohan's last U's role was to oversee their first two days of pre-season training.

For God's sake just shut it Paul W.

I for one am not sick of muffdiver's comments.

We will have a half-empty stadium, a half-hearted approach to the game, half a team and a manager with half a brain.

Col U will achieve nothing with GW at the helm. And I need you to remember this so that you can come back and apologise to Muffdiver once Cowling pulls his head out of his a**e, sees some sense and sacks him.

I will not apologise to anyone. Muffdiver, or Muffdiver 2 (Bob)

No, afraid not Paul W. By the way, what does the 'W' stand for? No, it's OK, I think I've guessed.

Believe me I'm not muffdiver in disguise. If you've read all my posts on here you will notice that I am quite picky about spelling and punctuation.

Muffdiver believes that aswell is one word whereas I know that it is in fact two words: as well.

So, really sorry Paul W****r, but you're on your own you deluded numpty.

You better be ready Paul W*****r. You will never be ready. Remember I told you that. Pow Pow. Bob rules!

everybody at the club has got to go according to muffdiver and bob, nothing is any good but just compare our situation to 10 years ago and things look better. i hope apologies are forthcoming from bob if we have a good season with gw in charge and decent attendances, by the way we have signed 3 players so your half a team comment may be wide of the mark!

Mel, you are a deluded idiot. There is no way Col U will get anywhere near the playoffs with GW at the helm. The man is a waste of space and our only hope is that he is sacked early on next season.

You will be the one apologising when I am proved right and I look forward to your apology at that point.

msg to Paul W and Mel.
If the numb skulls get too much try switching to BBC.co.uk 606 colchester message board.
The level of dicussion is better and balanced. Banta with rival club supporters is without agrivation. Where on here so call U's fans slagg-off other fans, which is not worth it.
