Sign our petition urging Essex County Council to
abandon its plans to close Colchester's Alderman Blaxill School.
Alderman Blaxill Secondary School, with its proud and strong connections
with military families, is once again threatened with closure.
Essex County Council plans to shut the site, forcing children to find
places at schools which are already oversubscribed.
With 17,000 new homes being built in the town, including a major redevelopment
of the former garrison site, surely we need more schools, not fewer?
