Rowhedge: Messing about on the river

It was fun on the river all round as thousands enjoyed the Rowhedge Regatta.
In its fifth year since the event was re-established, villagers and visitors were treated to a range of activities centred on and around the River Colne.
About 3,000 people attended the regatta and all the money raised will be ploughed back into the association to make sure the event will be sustainable for years to come.
Majestic - there was a close finish to the smack race at the Rowhedge Regatta, which was won by Pioneer.(50688-g)
