Colchester United manager Paul Lambert has swooped to sign Plymouth Argyle striker Jermaine Easter on loan.
The U's boss had been keen to add pace to his attack and has now brought in the Wales international to bolster his squad.
The move will see Lambert reunite with Easter, who played for the U's boss at Wycombe Wanderers.
The 26-year-old forward will go straight into the Colchester squad for their trip to Peterborough United tomorrow.
